Processing & Delivery:

  • We endeavour to process and ship all orders are within 24 hours of Receipt

  • Order despatch cut off time is 14:00hrs Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time are processed & despatched following day.

  • Emailed shipping & tracking updates are provided by our preferred Australia Post shipping partner

  • An Expedited Processing & EXPRESS Shipping option is available

  • Shipping times may vary depending on delivery location & shipping option selected.


Returns Policy:

  1. Where shipping errors have been made by PJAA, full refunds will be provided on receipt of returned goods providing they remain in an unopened and saleable condition.

  2. Refunds will be effected via the original payment portal (eg: Stripe/PayPal) and may take up to 1 week to be processed by the service provider

  3. In some circumstances partial refunds of goods only or Shipping only may be offered depending on circumstances

  4. Goods returned to us due to non collection from Post Office delivery point (subject to point 1 above) will incur further shipping charges for re-despatch which must be paid upfront.

  5. Where returned Goods (subject to point 1 above) are no longer required a full or partial refund of Goods only may be approved. Shipping costs will not be refunded in these circumstances.

  6. Where goods have been damaged in transit, PJAA may elect at its discretion, to replace these damaged goods at no cost to the customer or provide a partial refund of the damaged goods.
