Processing & Delivery:
- We endeavour to process and ship all orders are within 24 hours of Receipt
- Order despatch cut off time is 14:00hrs Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time are processed & despatched following day.
- Emailed shipping & tracking updates are provided by our preferred Australia Post shipping partner
- An Expedited Processing & EXPRESS Shipping option is available
- Shipping times may vary depending on delivery location & shipping option selected.
Returns Policy:
- Where shipping errors have been made by PJAA, full refunds will be provided on receipt of returned goods providing they remain in an unopened and saleable condition.
- Refunds will be effected via the original payment portal (eg: Stripe/PayPal) and may take up to 1 week to be processed by the service provider
- In some circumstances partial refunds of goods only or Shipping only may be offered depending on circumstances
- Goods returned to us due to non collection from Post Office delivery point (subject to point 1 above) will incur further shipping charges for re-despatch which must be paid upfront.
- Where returned Goods (subject to point 1 above) are no longer required a full or partial refund of Goods only may be approved. Shipping costs will not be refunded in these circumstances.
- Where goods have been damaged in transit, PJAA may elect at its discretion, to replace these damaged goods at no cost to the customer or provide a partial refund of the damaged goods.
